Postnatal provision and support from Birth Baby Balance

You may or may not be aware of all the wonderful things we have going on for those with babies, normally as well as during the Covid-19 safe-keeping. Here is the lineup and please do check out our calendar for all the classes details.

‘Groups’:

Every Monday to Thursday morning we are doing a Facebook Live event, with a chance to “chat” together in the text boxes, in lieu of our baby groups.

Every Friday morning we are hosting a virtual coffee group via Zoom.

Classes:

  • Pilates with Baby: every morning from 9.30am, with Olivia, booked through her Fit Woman website

  • Confident Weaning: a one session workshop delivered often on request! The next session is on the 7th July, from 9.30am.

  • Family Food and Nutrition: talk and Q&A session, 16th June from 9.30am. Immunity and healthy eating for the whole family.

Courses:

  • Postnatal Essentials courses via video link, for those with new babies and wish to know everything about having a new baby!

  • Baby Massage: 5 week courses throughout June, July and August. Book via the website. June is FULLY BOOKED, some spaces left for the July course.

  • Calm Parenting ‘Essentials’: a 3 week ‘lite’ course to help with managing littlies challenges. next course starts the 25th of June.

Doula care:

Sarah and Charlotte are also offering doula support and care throughout this time for families who need added help.

We are working to be able to provide our other provisions: Overcoming Birth Trauma workshop, Buggy Fitness and Infant First Aid, as soon as we can under the government guidelines.
